We have no entitlement and liability for any delay and failure on meal preparation due to an event of force majeure, i.e. circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, serious technical defects, state of war, labour conflicts, missing/faulty internet connections, data security during transmission etc.

Please pick up your meal within 20 minutes of the time specified in your order. If you are unable to pick up your meal within the time aforementioned, we reserve the right to dispose of the meal you ordered and no refund or order cancellation will be entertained.

You are advised to consume the meal immediately after pick-up. The taste and quality of the meal may be affected if not consumed immediately and you hereby expressly waive any claim with regard thereto.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order to availability or any other reason within 20 minutes, we will notify you by phone, and refund to you within 4-6 weeks. Save for the exceptional circumstances aforementioned, all sales concluded through the mobile webapp are final and irrevocable and no refund will be issued.
